It is easy to lose focus when you are busy. How long has it been since you paused and as a team focused on the next 5 years? You may need to change of scenery and a new perspective. Need some help laying out your strategy or developing a strategy?

In Living with Influence, we teach participants the “being” of influence before the “doing” of influence. Influential tactics will fall short if they are inconsistent with who we are as a person.
